Attested photocopy of the Matriculation/ICSE/CBSE pass certificate showing the date of Birth Attested photocopy of Matriculation/ICSE/CBSE mark sheet. Attested photocopy of mark sheet of I.A./I.Sc./I.Com/+2 to last achieved degree. Three recent color passport size photograph to be posted on application form & admit card. Two self addressed and stamped (Rs.7/-) envelops of size 5"X8" for correspondence. Attested photocopy of caste certificate and residential certificate issued by authority not below the rank of SDO.
After filling the registration form and admit card completely and please send to:-

XXX/- (Amount mentioned in Advertisement) drawn in favor of Jamui B.Ed. College payable at Jamui & send it to address given above. Application forms should be either submitted to the college office personally or sent through postal mail. All original certificates should be brought for verification by the concerned Candidate at the time of admission. Incomplete and late application form or furnishing false information will be summarily rejected without giving any information to the concerned candidates. In this connection no correspondence will be entertained.
